Lord Tennyson i 3 chairman, the others members including Lord Burnham, Sir Rider Haggard, Mr. Steel-Maitland, Commissioner Lamb (Salvation Army), the High Commissioners, Agents-General, and others who are memoers of the House of Commons and Government officials.
