Aeroplane raiders destroyed the railway junctions at Bruges and damaged three torpedo vessels at Zeebrugge. They aiao raided a secret submarine base near Zeebrugge. GERMANS ADMIT REVERSE. Renter Service. Received Feb. 10, 6.45 p.m. Berlin, February 15. A message states that the Germans, on Wednesday, withdrew from advanced positions between the Serre and the Somme.
