Mary Boland, well known to picture-lovers as the heroine of the Triangle Company's notable dramatic success, "The Edge of the Abyss," has' a splendid part in the role of the discontented wife who envies her richer and seemingly happier friends, and the manner in which she finds that true happiness cannot "be bought, is finely wrought out in a series of dramatic episodes. Supporting Miis splendid World Film success is an exceptional Paramount feature, "Destiny's Toy." This picture deals with the adventures of a. waif of the sea, who was flashed up with the flotsam of a wreck-', falls into the hands of a gang of "crooks," who train her to assist them in their nefarious deeds. After many adventures' she is captured while attempting to raid the house of a wealthy merchant, who, iby 51 strange chance, turns out to be her father. The principle rolo is portrayed by Miss Louise Huff, a charming yoitng actress Of the Mary Pickford variety, who lias made a host of friends on her first appearance in New Plymouth.
