THE NEW MINISTRY.
EVIDENCE OP DISSATISFACTION. Received Feb. 15, 2.50 p.m. New York, Feb. 14. The World's London correspondent finds that the members of the House of Commons are curiously unimpressed bv the new Government's achievements, there being no evidence, as was expected, of ginger. Some members opine that nothing lias been changed but the Ministers. There is evidence of criticism of Mr. Liovd George by ' newspapers formerly friendly towards him.
