FORTHCOMING SHOW. .As will be seen from our advertising columns, the dates for the first show on n the Sociey's new grounds have been fixed for February 28 and March 1. Numerous entries are being' received for all classes. Townspeople generally and settlers throughout the district are dis- . _ playing much more interest in the forth- | coming fixture than has been the ex- | pcrienee during the past few years. The new buildings are almost ready for the I reception of the valuable stock that will ' occupy them at the end of the month, j The borough water supply has been con-1 nccted up and a plentiful supply of ; jr water is handy to all stalls. The ring is now fenced in, and with the rain we i have been having lately the grass is coming aw>ly well. The various committees are working hard to push forward the necessary details that ensure | a smoothly-running show, and altogether | arrangements are well forward. Intending exhibitors are reminded that entries ' for this important fixture close with the ! secretary on Saturday next, February 17, at 0 p.m. Correspondence relating to all mat- ; T\ ters in connection with the show is soli- i cited, and the secretary will gladly fur- ! nish all information desired.
