A DETERMINED SUICIDE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Walter Whiterod, single, a wateraider, committed suicide in a determined manner. He had been unsettled lately, and bis mother, who was anxious, kepi watch, but while she was speaking to & visitor in the afternoon Wititerod wen* to the bathroom and locked the door., When this was broken openjie. was found with several cuts in the back of his hands and arm, severing blood-vessels. The man was removed to the hospital, where he died to-night.
