There is a growing opinion that Mr. Cook will accompany Mr. Hughes .to London, and that Sir John Forrest will lead tli(/House during their absence, ACTIOX OF LABOR COUNCILHobarfc, February 12. The Labor Council carried a motion, callin;* on the Senate to refuse to permit the Hughes Govcrnemnt to conduct the business of the Commonwealth unless steps were taken to relieve unemployment.
