DIRGE OVER GERMANYS' ! SCHEMES. AN INTRIGUE WITH CONSTANTINO SIGNIFICANT MESSAGE FROM THE. KAISER. YENIZELISTS MUST COUNTER ; PLANS. Received Feb. 12, 5.5 p.m. - London, Feb. 11,Mr. Ward Price, the war correspondent, writing from Salonika, states that the Provisional Government has received information that the Kaiser sent a significant message to King. Constantine telling liim that lie cannot co-operate with or come to King Constnntine's aid against the Allies in Macedonia. The message concludes: "All I ask of you now is that yon shall keep the throne." Mr. Ward Price continues: "The mesy sage sounds like a dirge over Germany's schemes, which were undoubtedly actlvo a lew weeks ago, for making an attempt at co-operation with the Greeks in order to clear the Balkans of the Allies. It also explains the facility wherewith King Constantine sent troops t'i Peloponnesus. It is evident that Germany contemplates intriguing with Greece after the war, in the belief that ft long indented coast line, in a position vci v near to the gates of Egypt, may I>"' of immense strategic value.
