Florence Reed, the beautiful emotional actress seen hero in New York, and "At Bay," has oppov tunlties for some fine work as the wife of the dissolute millionaire, who shoots his best friend during a quarrel over anotliei woman. Adapted from the novel by Maravene Thompson, the story is one that lends itself to filming, the womanly courage of Mrs. Oreutt standing out in relief against the dissipated conduct of the husband, and the soft, mother :ov« against the absolute disregard qf tlie father for their son. Duncan Mcßae supports Miss'lieed, To-night will be the second and last' screening of "The Woman's Law."
