The Rarawa arrived about 11.30 yesterday morning, after a rough trip, with 00 tons- of general cargo. There were also ten racehorses on board. THE AEAPAWA. The local office of the Northern Steamship Company was advised yesterday that the Arapawa, which was to have left north-yesterday for W v aitara, via Kmvliia, is bar bound.
