District Lands Office, New Plymouth. COUNTY OF TARANAKI. SPECIAL ORDER, AUTHORISING RAISING OF LOWER PITONE ROAD SPECIAL LOAN OF £IOOO. TN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 10, '"'Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Lower I'itone Road Special Rating Area, in the County of Taranaki, hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers of the said Special Rating Area, the capital value of jphose properties a? appearing in the valuation roll of the sold Rating Area is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the Ratepayers who do not consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by ",vay of Special Order that, .for the purpose of forming and metalling the Lower Pitone Road the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Special Loan of £IOOO at i'A per c£nt. per annum for a period of thirty-six and a half years, and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first year's interest of the Loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised.
