Wall, the well-known horse owner and sportsman, was to-day charged with failing to register, as a member of (he First Division, Evidence for the defence established that'defendant's homo and interests were in Australia, and that he was only here on a visit. Hie Magistrate said he thought a conv'etion could not be entered, but he will give judgment after consideration.
