EVERYBODY'S.
"KUT RELIEF FORCES IN MESOPOTAMIA" TO-DAY. At the change of programme, commencing at the matinee to-day at Everybody's, the Triangle Company will present Douglas Fairbanks,, the Second highest paid artist in the world, in their latest success, -'The Half-Breed," adapted from the novel of the same name by Bret Harte. The story is set in the little town of Excelsior, on the edge of the Corquincz woods in California, and depicts the struggle of a boy with a white father and a Cherokee mother. Life is made very hard for him by the bitterness of the white people, but in the end he finds happiness. The acting is good, and there are many interesting glimpses of life in the 'fifties when littl3 towns like Excelsior sprang up to mark the trail of the great gold rush. In addition to this star a very fine war topical will be shown, "With the Kut Relief Force in Mesopotamia," the only film released from this seat of war. Such a demonstration of tenacity and perseverance has never been so convincingly illustrated as by this fiim. The "Gaumont Graphic" and other items arc also included.
