Mr. niul Mrs; Percy Stainton, who havo been on a visit to Auckland, have now left- on a business tour to the South Island. Miss G. .Shaw, who has been spending her .holidays with her mother, Mrs. Courtenay, has returned to Hawke's Bay. Mrs. Biii'l"ii, with her sister, Miss Kinsella, who have been the guests of Mrs. Greatbatcii, Live returned to their home in the Bay of Islands. The Misses Beresford (2), who are the guests of Miss Stephenson-Smith, return to Auckland on Tuesday. Mrs. Martin, who has been on a visit to 'Wellington, returns to-night. Mrs. Hutehen and family, who have been staving at the Mountain cottage, return 011 Sunday. lirs. Acldcnbrooke, who lias been visiting her daughter, Mrs. Bert. Griffiths (Auckland), has returned. Miss Casey, who has been the guest of her sister, Mrs. Ron Paul, has returned to Auckland. Those who attended the Hawera races and -ifterwards visited the play, "So Long, Letty," were. Miss G. Morey, who has been staying at the Mountain House for several weeks, has returned. Mrs. Martin has been visiting her mother, Mrs. Waller, but has now returned to Auckland.

Mrs. and Miss Baxter (Auckland) are staying at Mrs. Brash's. Mrs. Darcy and party (Wanganui), who have been staying in Xew Plymouth, are now visiting Dawson's Falls. Miss Menzies, of the Technical College stall', who lias been spending her holidays in Wellington and Wanganui, returns by the mail train to-night. Miss McKellar is the guest of Mrs. Frank Brown, Inglewood. Mesdames 0. X. Firth and S. Teed and Miss Stanfc -d have returned from the Mountain House.

Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Fraser and family, who have been 011 a lengthy visit to Taurauga and Auckland, return to New Plymouth next TuesdayMrs. and the Misses Barr (liaponga) are at presout staying in Xew Plymouth.

Mesdames Fraser and Campbell (Waitara) spent a short time in New Plymouth this week. Mrs. Eberlet and Miss Reid, who have been on a visit to Wellington, return by the mail train to-night.

Mrs. Brownjohn, after spending a few days in New Plymouth, has returned to the South Island.

Mrs. Barcroft and family, who have been camping at the Breakwater, have returned to Feilding. Mrs. May and Miss Askman (Auckland), after spending a few days here, have returned.

Mrs. French has returned to Wellington after a short stay in X T ew Plymouth.

Mrs. Cock, of Blenheim, who is on a motor tour, spent a few days here thin -.week.

Mrs. Davies has returned to Woodville.

Miss Caplen, who is at present' the guest of Mrs. (Dr.) MacDiannid, returns to Hawera 011 Sunday.
