Lord Milner, General Sir Henry Wilson, Lord Rcvelstoke, as well as General Castlenau and the other French and Italian delegates, were heartily welcomed on their arrival at Petrograd to attend a miiltary and political conference, similar to those held in London, Paris and Rome. > A GERMAN REPORT. London, Jan. 2fl. A German official report says: The Turks repulsed strong- Russian attacks on the Zlota Lipa. SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS. London, Jan. 20. A Russian official message says:—Wo. attacked with the bayonet south-west of Potutury and south of Rizeshany. taking the first line.
