SPECIAL MEETING,
A meeting of tlic Egmont Natioini Pork 130.1111 whs held yesterday, Mr. Ci. IT. Bnllnrd prodding. 'There were, also present: Mossra. R. Dingle, R. M'K Morison, .T.vR. Hill, W. A. Collis, C Coodson, 'l' K. Anderson, T. B. Crump., and H. Kitchingman It was resolved to allocate the Government grant as follows:—North Kgmont £SO, South £SO, East £SO, West £25, general £25—£200. On the motion of Mr. Collis, seconded by Mr. Hill, it was decided that, subject to the approval' of the guarantois of the North Egmont Hostel, the clause ir the lease from the Egmont National Perk Board to the guarantors stipulating that all receipt;, be pooled he stru.k out of the leane, any cost in connection therewith to be paid by the guaranto.u sr.fl that nil park fees collected at the hostel In paid into.the National Park Beard's account* Mr. Stonax '.'as elected a member of t)'o West Comni-ttee. The eliainna'i and Mr. Collis were authorised to sign cheques. The appointment of a secretary was left in the hands of the chairman and Mr Collis, with, power to act.
