EXPLOSION OF GELATINE. MANY FATALITIES. . Received Jan. 29, 5.5 p.m. London, January 28. A great explosion of gelatine has occurred at Paris. Many deaths have occurred. FURTHER DETAILS. Received Jan. 29, 5.5 p.m. 'Paris, January 28. The explosion wa's in a melinite factory at Massy Palawan, and was heard throughout Paris. Thcro are many casualties. CASUALTIES' UNDERTWEN'TY. Received J.-n. 29, 9.50 p.nv i Paris, January 20. The fire" at Massy Palaisean sperad I rapidly" and reached the depots which contained explosives. Jwing to the intensity of the explosion the first rei ports of the casualties were exaggeratI ed. It is now believed that the total is under twenty.
