A GERMAN PLOT. EXPLOSIVES SMUGGLERS ARRESTED. Stockholm, Jan. 25. Three Swedes have been arrested for attempting to take a sleigh filled with high explosives across the Finnish frontier. Tho explosives were packed ns preserved meat. A large number of bombs \va9 also found in a railway train about to leave the frontier. It is believed to be a German plot, c : tber to blow up Russian munition steres or the railway line, in order to hamper the transport of munitions between Skibotten and Rovanieri.
