Sir. O'Rogan, for the defence, said the case was due to pure oversight. The company was fined the minimum amount of £5 on each charge and costs. The firm of Touman, Garratt, and Barker was fined £5 and costs on a charge of printing a, manifesto in reference to the repeal of the Military Service Act, and neglecting to print or write on a copy thereof tin name and place of abode of -their employer.
