FALL FROM A- BALCONY, By Telegraph.—Press Association, Pahnerston N., -Tan. IS. _At the inquest on Christopher lliggins, horse-trainer, a verdict was returned of death from shock following an accident caused by fallirig from the balcony of the (Jcntral Hotel following an attack of delirium tremens.
