SUGGESTED. APPOINTMENT, OF REPRESENTATIVES. TO ATTEND CABINET DURING WAR. Received Jan. 17, 10.18 p.m. London, Jan. 17. The 'Pall Mall Gazette says that ■probably the Imperial Conference will arrange for a continuation of the Dominions' representation during the war. Cabinet is favoranle to the proposal, and has suggested that each Dominion shall appoint a representative, available for consultation and attendance at Cabinet meetings, thereby securing a continuity policy. The appointment of a Dominions' secretariat is urged. "VICTORY" WAR LOAN. FURTHER MILLIONS RECEIVED. Received Jan. 17, 5.5 p.m. London, Jan. Ifi. The City Corporation has decided to subscribe '.■£2,000,000 of new money to the War Lotfti, the Refuge Assurance Company subscribes ■ £2,125,000, the Liverpool. Victoria and Legal Friendly £1,000,000 each.
