RELIEF TO MEN ON SERVICE NEW REGULATIONS. By Telegraph!— Press Association. Wellington, Jan. 10. The regulations providing for tingranting of special relief to men of th« New Zealand expeditionary forces in respect to their civil jbligat'ons were approved at. a meeting of the Executive Council to-day and issued later in tinform of a Gazette Extraordinary. They provide that over and above a soldier's present pay and reparation allowance lie may receive special financial assistance up to £2 a week in the discharge of the following obligations: (a) Rent, (b) interest and instalment; payable in respect to loans and njortgages, (c) interest and instalments payable in respect to agreements for purchase of dwelling-houses, nusiness pru mises, furniture, etc., (d) rates and taxes, (e) insurance premiums, (f) psrenscs incurred in respect to the mnm tenanee of his business during bis military service.
