THE ALLIES' ULTIMATUM. DEMANDS TO BE SATISFIED IN A FORTNIGHT. Received Jan. 11, 10.30 p.m. Rome, Jan. 10. The Tribnna states that the Entente's ultimatum to Greece demanded the execution of the demands within a fortnigh^ Venizelos has sent Prince Alexande* to Rome as a diplomatic representative, with a view to increasing the friendly Halo-Greek relations. It is uncertain whethet Italy will recognise officially Prince Alexander.
THE OLD STORY. ALLIES' TERMS AGAIN AGREED TO, Received Jan. 11, 9jp.ni Rome, Jan. 10. The Tribuna states that Greece has wholly accepted' the Allies' terms. THE TIME LIMIT. ACCEPTABLE DEMANDS RATED.Received Jan. 12, 12.25 a.m. ' Athens, Jan. 11. The limit of the Entente' 6 ultimatum expired at 11 o'clock on Wednesday night, but the reply was delivered' at 6. It is understood the reply enumerates all the acceptable demands. GREEK/ SHIPS HELD UP. . COAL SEIZED BY BRITISH.' ' Received Jan. 12, 12.25 a.m. New York, Jan. 11. The failure of Greece earlier to accede to the demands of the Allic3 resulted in the virtual blockade of the Greek! shipping here. No Greek ships have arrived or departed for several weeks. Several which put in at Bermuda had their coal seized by the British. \
CONSULS RESIGN. . Sydney, Jan. 11. Mr. Cohen, Acting-Consul for Greece, has resigned,"owing to-the attitude of the Greek Government Both he and Mr. Spenee, ,vho recently resigned 'his consulship at Brisbane, have offered to represent JI. Venizelos.
