The New York World's Rome correspondent interviewed Signer Bissolati, a membei of the Cabinet, who said that the. Allies' answei to President Wilson would Ik similar in substance to that tent to Germany, but the tone would be different, as it would h that of a friend answering another fvi-nd. All the reports as to Italy's supposed discord with the Allies were due to German propaganda.
