A start waa made this morning with singles at the bowling tournament, but before any sections were completed rain came on again, and caused s postponement till to-morrow. The Taranaki tournament tenmt proposing'.to enter for the annual Taranaki tournament should note that entries close on Saturday next, 13th inst.
