MR. MASSEY'S OFFER TO MR. BORDER. London, Jan. S Sir Robert Borden has written k Mr. Massey, accepting the New Zealand Government's offer to panel with New Zealand timbers a portion of the new Parliament House at Ottawa. Sir Robert Borden suggests that the Prime Minister's room be so treated.
