HOLLAND.
INTERNED SUBMARINES TAKEN. Received Jan. 9, 10 p.m. The Hague, .Tan. Jl. The Naval Minister has announced that in view of the delays in obtaining war material, negotiations have been concluded by which Holland will take over one British and one German interned submarine, and also expects to acquire a German mine-layer.
