Bonar Law on the question of the double income-tax, and f.H-ssed the point that the tax was only imposed here on income earned. A further conffcrtnee was arranged. DARDANELLES COMMISSION REPORT. Received Jan. 7, 8.3 p.m. London, Jan. G. Thfe serious illness of Earl Cromer has delayed the completion of the Dardanelles Commission's report on the initiation of the expedition.
