For United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, West Indies, Central and South America, Mexico, United States of America and Canada via San Francisco; also, Tahiti, Rarotonga and all Cook Islands (except Mangaia), and Penrhyn Island, at 6.13 a.m. Due London February 4.
