ANOTHER OUTRAGE. COLD-BLOODED MCRDER. London. Dec. 29. An Admiralty communique narrates :.n outrage wherein the Germans savagely torpedoeing merchantmen lias reached a climax. The British steamer Westminister, whilst proceeding to Port Said, was struck, unwarned by the submarine, 180 miles from land. Foil' were killed, and the steamer sank in four minutes. The submarine shelled the escaping crew and sank a boat, the master, chief engineer being killed and five others are presumed to have been drowned . The communique denounces the murders a3 cold-blooded ones. The British steamer Copeswood and the Norwegian steamer Ida have been sunk.
