WAR PUR CHAD'S. FACILITATED TSY NEW ARRANGEMENT. New York, Dec. 2G. The action of the Federal Reserve Board will permit tht Allies greatly to extend their war purchases in America. It is based on British commercial credit and removes the stigma of the board's recent advice against the acceptance of British, treasury notes, and newspapers anticipate greatly increasing British and American industrial intimacy.
