Present indications »re for strong south-easterly winds, squally at times, in and northward of Cook Strait, with considerable rain probabl. in the northern and East Coast districts. Changeable conditions are likely elsewhere, with scattered showers. The barometer has a rising tendency, but little movement is anticipated at present in the far south.
