TO NEW ZEALAND TROOPS. Wellington, Last Night. Tlia following message from Hi-; Majesty the King was read to the troops in camps, barracks, and hospitals on Christmas Day: I send you, my sailors and soldiers, hearty good wishes for Christmas and New Year. My grateful thanks .i;i> ever with ( you for hardships endured, and for your unfailing cheerfulness. Another Christmas lias come round, and we are still at war, but the Empire is confident in you, and remains determined to win. May God bless and protect you. (Signed) GEORGE R. and I. To the men in hospital: At this Christmastide Uip Quern and I are thinking more than ever of the sick and wounded among my sailors and soldiers.
