For Australian States, South Africa, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Aden, Egypt, Suez, also United Kingdom and Continent of Europe (for specially addressed correspondence, 'Mp Suez," only), at 12.20 p.m. Due London, February 14. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 30. Mails which usually close on Monday, will close to-day at 8 p.m. Supplementary mails will be made up early on Monday, January 1.
