EXiEMY POSITIONS BOMBARDED. deceived Dec. 22, fi.lj p.m. London, Dee. 21. Mesopotamia. Official.—British aeroplanes bombed river craft westward of Kilt. Strong reconnaissances were made westward of the Shumarau bend of the Tigris. The enemy's positions at Sananiyat and Kut were heavily bombarded, and the bridge over the Hair River was set afire.
