LLOYD GEORGE'S SPEECH. • TEUTONIC PRESS COMMENTS. Amsterdam, Dec 21. The Berlin Tageblatt says that Mr. Lloyd George makes an unbridgable chasm. The Vossiche Zeitung says it ia fortunate Germany possesses militarism to withstand the Entente's ambition to reach a world-goal. The Fremdenblatt, of Vienna, say 3 that Mr. Lloyd George's speech has raadc the continuation of the war inevitable. NEW AUSTRIAN MINISTRY. Amsterdam, Dec. 21. Count Martinic has formed an Austrian Ministry in place of Hcrr Spitzmuellor, who takes the portfolio of Finance.
