BOSTON OPPOSES PROHIBITION. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. Xcw York, December 20. The citizens of Boston, by a vote of two to one, refused prohibition. INCOME TAX. ■Melbourne, December 21. Before adjourning the House of Representatives accepted the Senate's amendment to the Income Tax Bill considerably reducing the tax on incomes between £2OO and £7OO. The revenue loses £50,000 thereby. ' 1
