To the Editor. Sir,—lt may be seen by several South Island papers that a 1 certain Hon. M.P., •supported by others, is moving in the direction of getting a statute placed on the boo/ making it compulsory for all wills of bequests to be registered within a ppemfied time, say three months after the /ame has been made, and a,ny unregistered will, past or present, to be held void, the object being to avoid litigation in future. Would-it not be well if • every legislator in the Dominion supported such a measure?—l am, etc., AN ELECTOR. . December IS, 1010.
