The Governor has reccivnl a telegram from the Secretary of Slate foi the Colonies, stating that His .Majesty the King approves of Sunday. December HI, instead of the first Sunday in the New Year, as previously arranged, being appointed for special war services of intercession, thanksgiving,, and in commemoration. No special form of service is prescribed.
