r FINANCIAL STATEMENT. Received Dec. 17. 5.5 p.m. Rome, Bee. 16. The Minister for Finance has delivered In 4 Budget. Last year's deficit amounted to 788,000,000 lire. He saw no great difficulties in providing during the forthcoming period for the internal expenses, while the support cordially given by the British Treasury would overcome difficulties regarding war payments abroad.
