AIASTERTON CASES. Masterton, Dec. 14; At o sitting of tlie "Wellington Military Service Appeal Board to-day, tlie appeal of Eric Foreman, a ploughman and waggoner, under section 35 of tlie ■Military Service Act, was dismissed. The appeal of Norman .Frederick- Foreman, stock manager, under tlie same section, was deferred, .vliile the appeal of Robert George Foreman, farmer, was dismissed. The appeal of Albert Laurence Rose, farmer, of Mangantainoka, was dismissed, while that of his brother, George Foley Rose, farmer, was deferred. Tlie Board returns to Wellington to-morrow.
