BAD OUTLOOK FOR WHEAT CROP. ' PRt.IJT ALSO AFFECTED. Australian-NX Cable Association. Received Deo. 13, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, Dec. 13. Rearing upon the Minister's statement as to the reduction of the wheat yield, the simmer Ims, so far, been exceptionally wet, niteftiatins; heavy rain and wind storms, while the big, heat of the past few weeks has caused serious daiiiage. Rust is widespread and increasingly prevalent, wide areas b"ing battered down, so that reaping will be an expensive .process, even if it be possible. The summer fruits are also suffering- severely, much rotting on 1 lie trees owing to the continuous rain. On the other hand, the . preen erops are superabundant, and the pastoral outlook is excellent.
