FOOD PROBLEM ACUTE, MUCH SUFFERING FORECASTED. JUBILATION OVER ROUMANIAN CAMPAIGN. Received Dec. 8, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, Nov. 7. The Prussian Diet discussed the food scarcity. It was mentioned that geese were selling for 15s each. Much suffering in the winter is forecasted. There is jubilation throughout Austria, and Germany, The Kaiser telegraphed his congratulations .to General Mackensen.
