By Tc-lograph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications aro for increasing westerly winds, veering to northerly, with falling barometer again shortly. Warm and havy weather is probable, but unsettled and cloudy conditions are likely to follow everywhere, and rain in all western and southern 'districts.
