With the exception of five head of cattle, everything was sold at the hammer. At Inglewood yards on Wednesday last there was a full yarding of stock and a small muster of sheep. Prices were fair, and a good clearance was made. Best springing heifers sold at from £lO to £l3 ss, others £0 to £9 IDs, shorn hoggets 23s ild, woolly hoggets £1 10s lid, forward cows £9 3s to £9 ISs, store cows and empty heifers £S 7a to £9 2s. small yearlings £4 5s to £4 14s, bulls'£s 10s to £l3 ss, store pigs 25s to 275, weaner pigs 15s to ISs. On Thursday, 30th inst., we held a clearing sale of Mr. Duckworth's stock Skcet road, Pihnma. There was a good attendance, and a satisfactory sale was held.

At I'renui on Monday, 27th ult., in spite of the heavy rain, there was a good yarding of stock and brisk competition, nearly everything being sold at the hammer at current rates. Fat shorn wethers made 35.5, springing heifers (good) £lO to £ll los, laedium £7 5s to £S 10s, fat cows £l2 to £ls ss, forward cows £lO to £ll 10s, store cows £8 2s Od to £8 15s, yearling steers £7 10s to £7 14s fid, yearling heifers £0 12s, bulls £lO 5s to £5 10s. At Stony River on Tuesday there was a fair yarding and attendance and good bidding. Yearling heifers made £€ 12s Od to £7 2s Cd, 2-year emptj heifers £S Is to £8 4s, store cows £8 3s to £9 Ills, fat do. £ll 17s to £l2 35,-spring-ing :ows £l3 ss, springing ihoifevs £l2 10s, bulls £!) 5s to £l3 17s Od. At Wuiwakaiho on Friday there was a good yarding and keen competition for all lines.
