NGAMOTU RESORTS, LTD. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of tiip Ngamotn Resorts Committee. Ltd., was held last evening. Mr. J. W. Hayden presided over a fair attendance of directors and shareholders. In moving the adoption of the report and balance-sheet Mr. Hayden said that a fine pavilion and 10 cottages would be ready for use by Christmas. There would be 2!) cottages on the beaches at | the height of the season. The directors and six other gentlemen had signed a guarantee at the bank for £2OOO, which, with £450 in application and allotment money, made £2450. Of this sum the present contracts would absorb £2350. Mr. Hayden further stated that Mr. C. Lock had been appointed caretaker, and that a manageress would be required for the pavilion. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. The following new directors were elected;— Messrs J. W. Hayden, R. J. Deare, R. McQuade, J. Morey, F. D. Payne, W. I Hookham, and G. Grey. Mr. H. Stoekcr I was appointed auditor.
