Anning's report states that S.lO hales of rabbit skins were offered and sold, there being a most excited competition and record prices, owing to the probability of little offerings for a long time. Australian furriers' sorts advanced 50 per cent., and others 20 to -25. New Zealand averaged fully 50 per cent, advance. Tallow: 1710 casks offered, 1570 sold.
