IN THE CARPATHIANS. RUSSIAN OFFENSIVE BEGUN. London, Nov. 20. A Russian communique indicates that the Russian offensive has commenced in the wood"d Carpathians. It says:— We captured ridges of the heights 'eastsouth of Kirlababa.
