Cairns, R.N.Z.A., wa» charged before a district court-martial to-day with having, on November 3rd, disobeyed tho lawful commands of j having used insubordinate language to Acting-Sergeant J. W. M. Snow, with (i superior officer, and with having, on November 10, used threatening language lo a. superior officer. Accused pleaded not guilty to the charge. Ho stated that anything he said was said in tho heat of the moment. Decision wa3 reserved, and the papers will be sent to Wellington. CHINESE SENT TO GAOL. Auckland, Nov. 2!?.
