VERRIBLE SUFFERINGS. OK THE ARMENIAN'S. Received Nov. 20, 11 p.m. New York, Nov. 20. The American Consul at Tiflis reports terrible sufferings on the part of the Armenians. After a veal" of liUinp; in eaves they ar-B hunted like wild animate. Thousands of refugees, coming from Turkey, are being fed by Russia, b'it they are almost destitute of bedding and clothing. They suffered indescribable aionies owing to the climate. Thousands of women and children are homeless and destitute.
